Great Weekend

Sometimes people always say "How quick good times past...."

Last week I had a really good weekend.

[THURSDAY]
It all started on Thursday, I went for Grease with Ella, Sean and Kim. It is a musical drama adopted from a movie during the 50s. The musical drama was really good.

The singer I like most was the principal, it was so cool like the old saying goes to "hear the fat lady sings". I really admire the black people because their voies are so cool especially those who have a big belly. Man... they can REALLY sing. Whoa... I was really impresssed with their singing. Their singing was really nice.

I really enjoyed myself. After the show, I was planning to drive Kim and Ella home already but I was just too hungry so we went to Kei Tuck Sek and I had this really wonderful 'Shuit Yee' (if that is how you spell it)

[FRIDAY]
On Friday, had great fun over dinner and dessert with my beloved bro, Mr Edward; my childhood friend, Delicia Ng; my cousin, Esther Kwan; ex-trainee and friend, Kim. We went to Rakuzen. The price was killing me, I thought since Esther was still studying so I paid half for her but didn't know she ordered so much. I swallowed a BIG chunk of saliva and just paid. BUT the time spent together was worth it. Friendship can never be bought by money and it worths more than the jewels on earth.

[SATURDAY]
Had a good time of exercise with the same people over badminton. Boy... I really didn't expect Esther to have improved so much. She was really good. I was really impressed and i am so glad to see that she is growing in God and being a really great girl.

Had a 'keng chau' doubles match with Kim and me against Edward and Delicia. Both the matches was really exciting esp the second match when I was semi-punctured but trying my best to win the match when we were in a deuce where the team who is 2 points ahead wins the game. Thinking about it, it is really funny and I had lots of fun.

Later in the afternoon, all of us went to our respective caregroups and learn about dating and one thing that really kept to my head in the lesson was this:
"When we date, we must learn to accept and love the girl for who they are. To respect and honor them and to care for their interest even more than our own.

In the night, went for our 'Mother's Day' dinner at a suprising affordable place called 'Uptown' =P because my mm specifically wanted Naan and Tandoori and we figured maybe the best ones were there =). Had a great time spending with my family. during the dinner, my mum asked me to order Cendol for her. The cendol came and she asked me to ask the guy to add Gula Melaka, but they didn't have it so i asked them to just add sugar, not knowing that he put 4 spoons of sugar syrup in there and when my mum drank it, she screamed softly saying that it was SOOOO... SWEET. hahahaha it was so funny.. =D And HEY... I didn't do it on purpose, I just didn't know hahaha =D

[SUNDAY]
Had our Liew clan dinner and later had tea ceremony because during Euginie's wedding, Kau Foo wasn't there so it was a postponed tea ceremony. After that we had a birthday celebration for Aunt Cheese. Everyone chat and laughed while i was there as the entertainer for the night, playing the piano or them through that time. Really enjoyed myself just playing some songs while seeing how God has blessed my family.

Thank You GOD!!!

It was a really exciting weekend and I REALLY thank God for family members and close friends.
