Dream turning into Reality
Had a dream last night, I went to the future and saw what was happening.
Immorality and darkness spread like wild flower. Hurts, despair and sadness was so immense till you can always smell it each time you breath.
I was being pick pocketed but I managed to pin the man who tried to steal my phone. I looked for help but I found none. I looked for a police station so i decided to drag him along with me and as i was looking around, I saw abandoned homes with pain and sadness everywhere. I saw kids crying at the corner of the home, lost and alone.
I thought to myself, is this the world we are going to live in for the future?
I have to be honest, at the rate the world is going like that. There will be no suprise to actually see my dream become reality. Each day I read the newspaper, the more I fear to only know that my dream can be even more real.
One of the tricks of the devil is putting us in a situation where we are too caught with our own world that we do not really know what is happening. The other trick is to put procrastination in us where we have too much things to occupy us that we tend to put the question of salvation aside till reality hits us, there will be no point of return.
If you are reading this blog now, I just want to tell you two things...
1. Don't be ignorant about what is happening around the world today or else, reality will hit us before we know it.
2. Don't let the busy-ness in life or the things of the world causes you to procrastinated on the question of your own salvation, we are living in a fast moving world. We need to really pause, sit back and think about our eternity.
Each time when I bring my nephew, Gideon for walk. I will always try and tell him to stand strong. Because the the days are evil and he needs to stand strong. Not in career or materialistically, but in his walk with God. We can never stand strong and firm on our own. We need God.
Look at the world around you....
